the location is near the underground station I needed. it was simple enough to get to the olympic park. there were snack options in the lobby, that was a plus. THE staff were helpful and friendly as well.
our reserved apartment was unavailable. instead, we got two hotel rooms with a door between them. the breakfast included things like canned fruit, a little disappointing to us.

The room lacked essential kitchenware. I found only one pan available after asking multiple times. This made it difficult to prepare meals as expected given that the room was supposed to have a fully equipped kitchen. the staff seemed generally unhelpful except for one person, Helga.
